What does that mean, exactly?

At the time of each appointment, our clients are asked to complete a PHQ-9 survey.  This is a screening tool used to monitor symptoms of depression over the previous two weeks.  Treatment with ketamine is considered "successful" when a reduction in score by 50% is observed.
